El Colegio San José de Monterrico realiza la jornada de inducción dirigida al nuevo personal que se incorpora a la comunidad educativa, con el objetivo de brindar una visión integral de la institución, su identidad y sus lineamientos de trabajo.
Durante la inducción, participan las áreas ejecutiva, académica, formativa, administrativa y de marketing y desarrollo institucional, quienes presentan los principales ejes de gestión, los procesos internos y la propuesta educativa que guía el quehacer diario del colegio. Este espacio permite al nuevo equipo conocer la estructura institucional, los valores que nos identifican y el compromiso compartido con la formación integral de nuestros estudiantes.
